did the Ascension course on the Expresso bike this morning... 18.3 miles and killer inclines -- that's a hard tour. fingers crossed for running tomorrow -- but there's supposed to be this hurricane thing going on...

Gut Buster - 14 miles.

no running today... instead, went to the gym to use the Expresso bike -- computerized courses and display, etc. did 14+ miles altogether in an hour (even though the stats only register the one completed course of 11 miles) -- back to running on Sunday!

almost registered 1000 miles on this bike... it's well over that though -- for months the damn thing was offline and not counting my progress... oh well.
