Teenage Caveman (2001).

In a post-apocalyptic future mankind is lives in a prehistoric manner. After killing his father for sexually assaulting his girlfriend, the son of a tribal leader runs away with a group of his teenage friends. They are taken in by Neil and Judith who introduce them to the vices outlawed by their tribes namely sex and drugs.Neil and Judith, however, are genetically altered indestructible mutants who have their own plans for the future of the human race.

All Star Superman.

yeah - I got to check this out the other day -- and it holds up! incorporates a lot of the comic (certainly not all of it) -- feels true to the story. one of the best adapted animated superhero type films out there. recommended.

After Lex Luthor tricks Superman into prolonged exposure to solar radiation, the Man of Steel is left with only weeks to live, and the hero's extraordinary powers are deteriorating. As he prepares for his demise, Superman has scores to settle. Most importantly, though, he must save Earth from Luthor's diabolical scheme -- before it truly is too late -- in this feature-length animated adaptation of the DC Comics series.
