It's heavy breaks and beats from Motherlode and Bob James, before moving through reggae from Augustus Clarke, Busy Signal and a full workout on the classic Stalag rhythm with artists Prince Far I, Sister Nancy, Super Chick and Tenor Saw all taking their turn. Tracks from Public Enemy, Johnny Otis and Bama bring the first hour to a close.
