71 minutes.
day 7, Sunday... Free Day! meaning I'm free to do and eat as I please (with the self-promise to resume proper nutrition and exercise tomorrow)... this is a psychological break, so I don't go crazy by not allowing myself to eat what I enjoy.
I did, however, run for 7-8 miles in the woods this morning... 71 minutes. surely that burned some calories? no scale weigh-in on Free Days. I'm anticipating a jump in weight on tomorrow's weigh-in, but I'll just have to move forward from there.
